Hotel Policy
Bonfires are not allowed on site. Fireworks can only be launched in specially designated areas by prior agreement with the Hotel administration.
Due to the fact that the Hotel is a closed protected private territory, admission to the Hotel is made exclusively by prior written agreement (according to approved lists).
It is forbidden to bring into the Hotel any cold and firearms, explosives and toxic substances and any other items that pose a threat to the health and safety of guests and employees of the Hotel.
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Smoking in the premises is strictly prohibited.
There are parking spaces near the checkpoint. We kindly ask you to leave your cars there.
In case of loss or damage to the property of the hotel, and is also liable for other violations (according to clause 26 of the Rules for providing Hotel Services in the Russian Federation), the guest compensates for the damage.
Parents are fully responsible for the behavior and actions of minor children. The Hotel administration is not responsible for the health and safety of children on the territory of the Hotel.
It is forbidden to leave garbage on the territory of the Hotel outside the designated areas.
The Hotel administration is not responsible for valuables left on the territory and in the premises of the Hotel.
Pets can only be accommodated with the approval of the hotel administration. Walking pets on the territory of the hotel is allowed only if there is a muzzle and a leash.
LIVING CONDITIONS
CHECK-IN AT 15:00
CHECK-OUT AT 13:00
The guest undertakes to leave the room no later than 13:00. At the same time, the guest has the opportunity to stay at the hotel
and use all the additional services of the hotel. Later check-out is possible only upon agreement
with the hotel administration.
Early check-in (subject to availability of rooms):
before 11:00 am – 50% of the room rate
from 11:00 to 15:00 - 30% of the room rate
Late check–out (subject to availability of rooms):
before 22:00 - 30% of the room price
after 22:00 – 100% of the room price
Extra bed — 5,000 rubles (Extra bed and breakfast are included in the price).

PAYMENT FOR ACCOMMODATION
The standard rate assumes prepayment of the first night of stay at the time of booking. The non-refundable rate assumes 100% prepayment of the stay at the time of booking. If the reservation is not guaranteed, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
If you cancel your reservation more than 3 (three) days before arrival, no penalty will be charged (the exception is the non-refundable rate). If you cancel your reservation less than 3 (three) days before arrival, a fine in the amount of the first night of booking will be charged.
PAYMENT POLICY
